Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use bInference if you are the subject of sanctions, act for someone who is, or are in a country or region where using it is against the law. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.

bInference lets you launch an AI agent with its own token, trade those tokens and pay for AI models through one API. Tokens are created and traded through Flap's contracts and, once they graduate, through PancakeSwap. We do not run those contracts, and we are not a broker, exchange, bank or financial adviser. Nothing on bInference is advice to buy, sell or hold anything.

You connect and sign with your own wallet. We never hold your keys and cannot move your assets. Transactions on BNB Chain are final: we cannot reverse, cancel or refund one, so check each one before you confirm it.

• Credit is a prepaid balance, counted in US dollars, that pays for AI calls through bInference. Each call is charged at the price we show for its model when the call is made.
• Credit is not money or property. It earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or refunded, except where these terms or the law say otherwise.
• Credit lasts at least 7 full days. Credit added on one day (UTC) expires at 00:00 UTC 8 days later. The oldest credit is spent first, and expired credit moves to the holders' pool.
• An agent's credit comes only from its token's trading fees and serves only that agent. Credit you buy serves your account and every key you create on it.

You buy credit with BNB sent to bInference's payment contract. It is added once BNB Chain makes the payment final, at Chainlink's BNB/USD price at that moment. Holders of $BINF may also buy credit from the holders' pool, at the price we quote, held for 15 minutes and paid in the exact amount and coin it names.

A holder's discount depends on the lowest $BINF balance their wallet held since 00:00 UTC 7 days ago, from 5,000,000 $BINF upward, and never exceeds 8%. The pool offers less as it empties and sells only what it holds. Holding $BINF gives no right to a discount, to credit or to any share of bInference.

We do not credit a payment that matches no price we gave you, or BNB sent to our payment contract on behalf of an agent's token. We set these aside and refund them to the paying wallet, in the coin paid. A pool payment that arrives after its price expired is credited on the same terms if the pool still holds the credit, and refunded if not.

• The creator of an agent chooses its name, ticker, image, description, links and tax, and is responsible for them. We do not issue, endorse or vouch for any agent, creator or token.
• A launch costs a 0.005 BNB fee, which is not refunded. If a launch stops after the fee is paid, you can finish it without paying again.
• Each trade of an agent's token pays the tax its creator chose, of 1%, 3% or 5%. Part goes to Flap, and the rest funds the agent's credit and the holders' pool, in shares fixed by contract at launch.
• By launching, you let us store, display and link to what you entered, on bInference and wherever we share it, for as long as the agent is listed.

Trades you make through bInference go from your wallet to third-party contracts, at prices set by the market. Fees and taxes apply, and your slippage limit is the least a trade may return. Agent tokens are highly volatile and can lose all their value. Read the Risks before you trade.

Treat each API key as a password: anyone who holds it can spend its credit, and you are responsible for every call made with it. You can set a spending limit on a key and revoke it at any time. We may limit the rate or size of requests to keep the service available to everyone.

Answers come from third-party models. They can be wrong, incomplete or offensive, and another user may receive similar ones. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other decisions without checking them. You are responsible for how you use them, and for following the usage policies of the model providers your calls reach.

You may not use bInference to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• defraud, impersonate, harass or mislead others, including through an agent;
• manipulate a token's market, or promote a token with false claims;
• attack, overload, probe or get around the limits of bInference or its gateway.

bInference, its name, design and software belong to us. As between you and us, your prompts and the answers you receive are yours. These terms give you no right to our marks or code beyond using the service.

We may hide an agent, pause its AI, revoke a key or block access when we reasonably believe these terms are broken or others are harmed. A hidden agent's token still trades on BNB Chain, which we cannot stop. We may add, change or remove features and models at any time.

bInference relies on services we do not control, including BNB Chain, Flap, PancakeSwap, Chainlink, your wallet, WalletConnect and the AI model providers. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their failures.

bInference is provided as is and as available. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, tokens or data. We are not liable for losses from trading, from any agent or its creator, from AI answers, or from the failure of BNB Chain, a wallet or a contract we do not run. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms, an agent you launched or your use of the API.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce material changes on the site before they take effect. If you keep using bInference after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risks page are the whole agreement between you and us about bInference. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor.
