Domain terms
These terms cover buying, renewing and managing .si domains on binference.io, paid in BNB. They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply.
Last changed October 1, 2026.
1. Who sells the domain
bInference sells .si domains as a reseller of Openprovider, a registrar accredited by Register.si, the .si registry. Every domain is registered in the name of its holder, never in ours. The registry's general terms apply to every .si domain, and the holder accepts them with the order.
2. The holder and their details
- The holder's name, address, phone and email must be true and match their official documents. The registry checks them and may ask the holder to prove them.
- A domain the registry holds or deletes because its holder's details are wrong is not refunded.
- The registry does not publish the holder's details. They go to the registrar and the registry only; we keep the holder email, sealed, and nothing else that names the holder.
3. Prices and payment
- Each order is priced in BNB when it is quoted, with its value in dollars beside it. A quote holds for 10 minutes; after that a new one takes its place.
- Pay from your own wallet, never from an exchange: refunds go back to the wallet that paid.
- $BINF holders get up to 10% off, as the store page shows, read from their lowest balance over the last seven days.
- Renewal prices follow the registrar's and may change. The checkout shows the renewal price before you pay. Nothing renews by itself: we send reminders, and you renew when you choose.
4. Delivery and refunds
- Registration starts once your payment is final on BNB Chain.
- If the domain cannot be registered (someone registered it first, or the registry refuses it), the BNB you paid comes back to the paying wallet: the same amount of BNB, whatever its price did since.
- If the registry refuses the holder's details, you have 5 days to fix them before the payment is refunded.
- A payment that is neither delivered nor refunded within 7 days can be taken back by its payer from the payment contract, without us.
- Once a domain is registered, its payment is not refunded.
5. The 14-day right of withdrawal
Registering a domain cannot be undone once it starts. When you order, you ask for registration to start at once and, if you are a consumer with a right of withdrawal, you agree that you lose it once registration has started.
6. DNS
bInference DNS is included while the domain is registered with us. If the domain moves to other nameservers, to another registrar, or is deleted by the registry, our DNS keeps answering for 30 days, then stops; we send the holder email the zone file before then. You may use your own nameservers at any time instead.
7. Your control of the domain
- You can get the transfer code at any time, with no lock and no fee from us. It works for 16 days. If you cannot reach us, the registry gives it to the holder directly: info@register.si.
- A new holder accepts the registry's email within 7 days; until they do, nothing changes.
- Sensitive changes need the managing wallet and the holder email. If the wallet is lost, the holder email can link a new one, which takes over after 48 hours unless the old wallet or the holder email cancels.
- Keep your recovery kit: it lets you keep and move the domain without us.
8. Expiry
A domain that is not renewed expires on its expiry date and stops working. It can still be restored for about 28 days; after that the registry deletes it and anyone may register it.
9. Acceptable use and abuse
A domain may not be used for anything illegal, for phishing, malware, spam or fraud, or to pass itself off as someone else. We answer abuse reports within 24 hours. When a report is real, we tell the holder, and we may pause the domain's DNS or ask the registrar to hold it.
10. Disputes over a name
A dispute over who should hold a .si name follows the registry's own rules. We follow the registry's and the courts' decisions.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Each order records the version in force when it was quoted, and that version applies to it. Our Terms of Service cover everything these terms do not, including liability.
